TVH First orgasm

I went for my 3wk appointment yesterday. Dr said everything looks fine, Path came back stated I had Adenomyosis...reiterated nothing in the Vagina till 6 wks or maybe longer..but said if Hubby and I wanted to externally stimulate we could just nothing in the Vagina..of course I wasnt expecting even to be able to do that either so I didnt ask if it was ok to have an orgasm..Question is at what week did everyone have their first orgasm....and were you all given the ok for external play and did you orgasm at that time..(I know it is a personal question so you dont have to answer if you dont want) but if you were given the OK for External Play would you take it to mean ok to orgasm also?....

Hi...I had my first O at 4 weeks and actually wasn't given the ok from the dr. I took it in my own hands...LITERALLY I just had to make sure that "she" still worked and it was great actually. I still don't have the ok for penetration. I went to the dr yesterday. I'm 6 weeks and she said to wait another 6. But that I can play and also oral sex is ok.

I am assuming that if your dr said that external play was ok, he/she realizes that you will probably have an orgasm and that its ok.

two schools of thought to bear in mind.
1)def nothing internal for however long dr may advise.
2) outerplay to involve orgasm is mostly deemed ok but beware!orgasm brings an increase in blood flow to that area and you may find that you are left feeling achy and some cramps in tummy.some women worry that that could do some internal damage but as long as nothing has gone inside it should be ok.
you may have read on here that a lot of women also find their orgasm to be even more intense than before(not sure why?!)so be prepared for that....
keep talking to one another...guys get frightened too bout it all!!!
i was just over 5 weeks and it was ok.i think the fear sort of counteracts any nice feelings for the first few times but i can honestly say that it gets better!
some women have had the O by 3 weeks.go by what your body is telling you and how YOU feel....good luck!hope this has helped...
