Sore lower back post op hysterectomy

I'm post op 4 months now having had a VH and TVT. For the past 3 months I have been experiencing lower back pain. In the beginning it was just niggly pains but now it is constantly sore and after a day's work I get muscle spasms in my back. Could this be an after affect of my hysterectomy?

Hi Sweetpea I am 6 months post op from partial hyster. Kept ovaries and cervix. I also get back ache and spasms. They are worse when I have a very active day. Since I started working out 3 months ago the spasms aren't as often. GYN did say 1 year for total healing
