acupuncture as an option?

Just wondering if anyone has ever tried acupuncture for relief of endometriosis? I have noticed some local practioners that mention gynocological disorders as an area they help with. I am scheduled for surgery at the end of the month, but am still researching, reading, etc. Please let me know any info. anyone has. Thanks!

acupuncture as an option?

Hi Lesgolfer,

I had severe stage 4 endo prior to my TAH/BSO and I have read that acupunture is used for pain relief by some women, but I never tried it.

If you do a search using the Search button at the top of this page, then do a keyword search on the word "acupuncture" you'll be given a list of threads that mention this. You might find other ladies who have tried acupuncture by doing this search.

Let us know if you try this and how things work out. Sending hugs your way.

Beth
