TAH: 7 weeks till I'm in the castle for my hysterectomy

I am scheduled for total abdominal hysterectomy because of Fibroids and I am getting a little nervous...

Your nerves, fears and emotions are very normal. This is one difficult surgery to process and digest.

Just know that you are not alone, and that we are here to help and support you.

Keep getting on the site and ask questions, and express your feelings. It really does help. These seven weeks will go by before you know it.

Sometimes the hospital can change it though but so far its then
Feels so far away yet so close....
Can't wait for the new beginning.....

Yes - I'm with you - 27th May for me. I'm nervous too! I just hope it turns my life around. I feel such a mess right now. I have suspected adenomyosis. I feel like I'm in a cruel world at the moment! But trying to be positive!!! I feel your pain a but I know we will be fine! We just have to be kind to ourselves!!
