I am so sorry to read of all of the problems you are having. IMHO, and as Mary said, this can be a quality of life issue. In addition, if you are at high risk for endometrial cancer then I would suggest a second or even a third opinion.
I tend to be very aggresive when dealing with these types of issues. If you can do something to reduce your risk of cancer, plus have a better quality of life, than a Dr. should at least listen to your concerns. A hyst is a major event, and not one to be taken lightly. Weigh the risks you face, the risks of surgery and the opinion of your doctor, then make the decision which is right for you.
I will be thinking of you as you go thru this. Please post and let us know how you are doing.
