Getting Ready to Go!

Well, I'm packed (found a backscratcher at Walgreen's), am on my clear liquid diet today and will begin my bowel prep at noon (yuck!), so the waiting is almost over. I was surprised, and relieved, that coffee (minus creamer) was on my list of clear liquids as well as soft drinks. So that will make the day much more bearable. I'll be going in at 5:00 a.m. tomorrow and won't be out until at least Sunday so I'll see you then. Best of luck to everyone else who is going in this week!

I'm right there with ya. I'm starving already! I stopped eating yesterday afternoon, as I didn't want to prolong the, um, bowel prep! I think that's the worst part of all of this!!! I'm going in at 6 a.m. tomorrow, so I'll see ya on the other side!

I dont go for my pre-op till tomorrow and I'm having surgery the next day so I am guessing that I won't have to be on a liquid diet tomorrow, I guess they would have already told me that? Best of luck to you tomorrow Lacynia. I will keep you in my prayers.

I'm right there with ya also. I've begun my clear liquid diet as well and bowel prep begins as soon as I get home from work. I'm not sure what time I need to be at the castle yet,but they are supposed to call me this evening by 7pm. Best wishes to everyone.......see you on the other side.
