prior to surgery!

Thank you, I have always wondered what I should take before surgery. I have been trying to take a mulit vitamin and B Complex.
I will look into some of the things recommended on the site.

My doc said, "No Vitamin E". Absolutely, no Vitamin E. None.

And I've read that on other websites that have vitamin recommendations before surgery.

Yes, No vitamin E is right, especially for this type of surgery. He does say to check with your doc. I have already stopped E, garlic and my valerian. I guess your not even supposed to start back up on them for a few weeks after! I am going to ask what I can take to help me sleep, (besides a good bonk on the head) I wake up and can't shut my mind off! The closer my day get's the tougher it is!
