TAH Week 3 post hysterectomy - ups and downs

Hi ladies , I am doing pretty good ! I had my two week post op I love my doctor very good very human ! He said overall doing great ! I learned I had big fibroids and adhesions everywhere , scar tissue adhesions wrapped around all my parts ! Pathology benign ) I am still having swelly belly and gas , slowly getting better ! I see everyone's week 3 posts and praying I have no set backs ! I have learned going to movie is not good idea !! I am paying for it today . I am sore and achy . I can feel vaginal cuff area just started that doctor and site prepared me got this so glad to feel informed ! Ok ladies good luck I am trying to watch my bending kinda tough ! I find myself bending over then feeling it and remembering not a good idea . My husband fuses at me all the time for it. . Ladies any advice for following weeks ?

Glad you are doing so well. My advice is continue to be careful as you are doing. Sometimes we feel so good and over do and have a set back. Just stay away from sweeping, vacuming, raking, etc.
Slow but sure wins the race!
