vaginal dryness

Does anyone have a suggestion on what kind of lubrication I could use for vaginal dryness? I don't want any estrogen cream. Is there anything over the counter?

There's always K-Y. They have a gentle warming. And I've seen their ads for some type of his/hers lubricant. Not tried it, don't know if I'll need it but it sounds interesting.

My doctor recommended a personal lubricant called Astroglide. Of the ones I have tried, I like it best. It is available over-the-counter in drug stores as well as stores such as Wal-Mart and Target.

I did end up needing a vaginal estrogen because the lubricant wasn't helpful with the dryness and atrophy I was experiencing. Rather than use an estrogen cream, I am using a vaginal estrogen called Vagifem. It's a tiny estrogen tablet which is inserted vaginally with its own disposable applicator. It's effective, convenient and there is no applicator to clean plus no messy discharge.
