3 mos out and still severe gas!!!!

I've been feeling wonderful for a while now. a few twinges now and again but I still can't get rid of this blasted GAS. its driving me crazy!!!! I've seen the Dr. I've had the acid reflux test. and I've been tested for hernias and whatever else. there seems to be nothing wrong... I eat frequent small meals, no raw veggies. I just burp and burp and burp!! I've tried mint tea and cutting out dairy and meat. I get gas from water.... any advice?

Hi, I'm 8 months post op and still burping, sometimes so loud and sustained that it frightens the dog and the poor thing flees the room!!

Someone told me that it's helpful to remember that they did a little rearranging in there and that it takes time for everything to settle back down again.
Other than that, I think you're doing all the right things, hope things start to improve soon.
