REMINDER: No Smoking Tomorrow- Nov 21

Remember tomorrow is the Great American Smoke Out Day! Join us over on the Friends W/O Faces Board to let us know how you did and if you are going to attempt to quit that day!

No way!!!! I'm in major pain, bloated to the max and otherwise miserable, holding on until Dec. 18. Cigarettes and Darvocet are the only things keeping me relatively calm and sane these days!

However, I am going to try to quit beginning with my three days in the hospital. Contrary and individualistic as I tend to be, I don't find some arbitrary "Smoke out" date that someone I don't even know set to be helpful or conducive. To each his/her own!
