dVH/RALH 5 days post hysterectomy brighter bleeding this am

Good morning ladies. I am 5 days post op and have only had pinkish minimal bleeding...mostly spotting, but only when I pee. This morning when I peed it was red.I was surprised.Not a lot ,but it was different. I had a few sharp stabbing pains too,which I hadn't had.Maybe I over did it yesterday. I went to grocery store with hubby. I did not lift or push cart .I also had a sneezing fit last in night.It didn't hurt,but maybe had something to do with it.Where is the blood coming from? I have a couple of stitches in my vagina from a tear.Also have a vaginal cuff. Hope you are all healing well. Any thoughts are welcome.
