I had a LSH and found that I didn't need granny panties. Bikinis worked just fine as the band lies in between the 3 incisions that I have. More comfortable to be in what you are used to...

I also wear bikinis. Only problem is, when I left the hospital in my reg. bikinis, they were falling down. My daughter had to go to the store and buy a smaller size! I immediately lost 14 pounds and no swelly belly. Get some smaller ones just in case!
