TVH Insides on fire

I feel like my insides are on fire. Hubby thinks I'm fine but something is not right. Trying to decided if I should call after hours or wait til tomm

I had TAH BSO July 15 and today is the first day I feel a lot of burning sensations..more on right side.. it comes and goes

I was July 19 maybe it's a sign of recovery? I don't know but it's seriously uncomfortable

I had that burning sensation for several days after surgery, but not longer than a week, and it never came back. I've had twinges and twangs, and still have the electrical current sensation, but not the burning. Maybe check with your doc.

Pooh..mine is tolerable and comes and goes..I'm contributing mine to doing the most the past few days...I'm going to call Dr if it getsany worse

This doesn't sound right so please trust your gut instinct and get checked out. Please keep us posted.

Ice Pak helps doc told me it was part of healing

I have the burning feeling occasionaly. I am 5 weeks post op, and its normal to have it, but if it doesn't go away after rest or lasts more than 24 hours, I would go see the doctor. Mine tends to feel like burning and mild itching, which is just healing pain. It comes and goes away with relaxing. I agree, if its seriously bothering you, go to the doctor.

Going to call the dr this morning. Thanks for all the info ladies.
