LAVH Brownish stain 12 weeks post hysterectomy with odd odor

Something odd is going on, and not sure if this is normal. Monday will be 12 weeks since my total hysterectomy, and this morning I had a sharp stabbing pain on the lower right side, maybe where the ovary was, it is tender when I touch it. Tonight when I was getting ready for bed, I noticed a slight brownish stain, with an odd order, not sure if this is something to be concerned about it or not.

I have battled a bladder infection, but it is finally gone for the most part. Has anyone had a similar issue, if so, what did you do? Should I call my gyno or oncologist or let it be? Thanks for any replies.
