Please help me get through this!

The pain is phenomenal, and even 3 percosets dont' touch it... I am in too much pain to go to the hospital and sit there for hours ... I just called the gyn and they are pushing my surgery even farther now... into FEBRUARY... this is Day 9 of my cycle, and it feels like Day 1 or 2... I had to call in to work AGAIN...

Please, send me prayers/positive thoughts, I can't handle it!

I booked an appointment to go plead with my gyn to work some magic and book me as soon as possible.

I am waiting for an LSH, btw...

enoughalready- I am saying prayers for you- I know just exactly what you mean by the pain that the meds do not touch, and the frustration of being "put on hold"

Re: Please help me get through this!

Hi Steph

Some women have asked to be put on a cancellation list in order to get in sooner. Perhaps your doctor will be able to do this for you.

Meanwhile, be good to yourself and do whatever you need to do to get through the day.

Re: Please help me get through this!

I sort of know how you feel. I had to wait 2 excruciating months before i could have my surgery. I am now 6 weeks since my surgery. I had LSH on 10/1. The wait is horrible but as soon as you have the surgery you will feel wonderful!!! Hang in there. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Just take one day at a time. Relief is in sight.
