How much walking

Let me make a suggestion: Walk with a walking stick (like hikers use). I found in the beginning of my walks outside that the walking stick made me feel secure. If I had a twitch of pain, I could stop and lean on the stick for a moment to recover. This was also a sign I'd walked too far so I'd cut back the next trip out.

That's a good idea!

I have had to do some walking out of necessity, more than I probably should. I have found myself looking for something to lean on.
