What is your favorite feature of HysterSisters.com?

Forums, and I like the Calander as I haven't had my surgery yet and I can see how many are in the same boat as me. Also like the checkpoint.

I like the community forums and recovery thread group. Being able to search community forums has been a godsend

forums have kept me sane

So far the forum, especially preparing for my LVH (later this month) and the post op period. I just started my checkpoints also so I am liking those. Feels good to have others along side who are going through the same thing.

I had my surgery on September 29th, and the checkpoints have helped me a lot...plus the tips on what to bring to the hospital helped wonderfully....my doctor is wonderful because she has great bedside manner and she is the one who told me about this site....I'm happy to see that I'm not alone.

I love this whole site. There is so much beneficial information on here. I find myself rereading post. I am having problems sleeping and I read go through everything on here. This site is so helpful to me. Earlier today I was so down. And my hyster sisters helped me so much. I no I am not alone. And YES someone understand what u am going through. And is always wiling to help. I thank GOD for all of you.

The community discussion and checkpoints are tied. They are both incredibly helpful.

The preop forum has helped me so much getting responses from everyone makes you feel not alone and able to ask the embarrassing questions or fall apart with out judgement. The post op has helped me prepare. With out it I assumed I'd be normal in a week. Before this site I had only planned one week off and only the one overnight for the kids. Thank goodness I found you all.
I see where u have books and articles in the kindle format but I have a nook. Would be great to see that.

I have to say the hints from members helped me the most pre-op ( all positive information) and the recovery thread post op where you kind of get to know your "group"
