Myomec. Screw - Does anyone know what that might be?

I just went in for my pre-admittance testing, which turned out to be just a blood test. On the sheet that I carried from Admitting to the place where they did the test said I was scheduled for a TAH, which I knew. It also said possible BSO, which I didn't know about, but I guess I knew there was always the possibility the doctor would decide to take my ovaries.

But after BSO, it said, in brackets "myomec. (or something like that) screw". I have no idea what that means, and am having trouble searching for it, because all I have is an abbreviation, and probably I have it slightly wrong.

There was nobody to ask there, and my gynecologist is away until Monday, so I can't call. Does anybody know what it means?
