I am so anxious

Mine does not start till 12:30pm so I will be up all night and then stress about everything until I have to leave @ 10:15. I even thought about going to work for a few hours that day. By the time I do in you will be done and sleeping like a baby. I will be thinking of you. Good luck to you also.

Could you arrange to go for a walk with a friend, somewhere nice (park, beach...) that morning? The fresh air and company might be better for your spirits than waiting at home, and you won't feel quite so cooped up for the first few days, 'cause you'll have just had a nice day out.

I had to show up at 2 p.m. for a 4:00 hyst. Fine with me. The only thing I can think of that's worse than having to have surgery would be having to get up early to be there. I wouldn't have slept - I'd be too worried about missing my time. Plus, when you are done, you can pretty much sleep right through that evening and night, so you won't have your days and nights turned upside down.

Try to do something pleasant, with someone nice, in any case.
