1 week post hysterectomy and feeling amorous

I am going crazy hormone wise. At first it was thoughts my husband wouldn't see me as a woman anymore and now I am ready to tear his clothes off. I am completely floored by this reaction as prior we didn't have a excessive sex life, it was honestly a I could care less type thing. My Dr said that my left ovary and uterus were both basically dead, which has possibly been causing me to feel very ill for a year now, I am curious as to if this could just be my hormones trying to decided how much to give at this point. Or is this just typical reaction? Oh and holy wet dreams. Seriously it is bad. If it helps I had the di vinci robot surgery all that is left is my right ovary and a cuff, no cervix.

I've had both ovaries removed and I'm the same way! I'm 33. I'm on HRT now. I've not been cleared to have sex yet so I haven't. I've read about a lot of women that lose desire and I haven't! At least not yet! I'm thinking in your case it's hormonal and your body knowing it's healing! Enjoy!!!
