5.5 weeks post-op with pain again, not sure why

I am 51/2 weeks post op and had a pretty good week last week. Felt the best I had since surgery. Did not over do it at all, just did not lay around as much as I had before. Today I hurt a lot worse than I thought I would, almost as if i was back to my 3 week mark. I don't understand this because I did nothing strenuous at all. I actually started hurting on friday, but today is worse than that.

I am less than a week ahead of you and know the feeling. I have been doning more for about the past 5 days. Nothing really hurt doing it (well sitting up right at my work desk) but today I am a little out of sorts and achy. The fatugue doesn't surprise me but you know I'm having gas (sorry if TMI) like I haven't had for weeks. And can feel it working its way through.

I'm not going to worry about it. I decided since its all kind of vague, I'm going to chart it for the week and decide Thursday if I need to call Dr. 99% of my head says this is just the body getting back up to speed. The 1% says, "are you absolutely sure?'.

I am not having fevers, pains above a 3, no hot spots, etc or I would be calling right away.
