BM Sucess!!

Hey I finally had some sucess and even though it might be TMI I just wanted to share a tip.

Earlier today I tried Glyceren Suppositories. I couldn't get one in all the way. My wonderful DH helped me. I cried the whole time it was kind of humiliating. I just now that he loves me. Anyway it didn't work. So DH went back to Walgreen's for the 2nd time today for me and got Milk of Magnesia - totally gross stuff.

I was really feeling the need to try again and I realized that a lot of my problem was the fear of coming apart from inside of my vagina.

What I did and it worked was stand in the shower with no pants on (no water) and push until I could feel it starting and then I hurried onto the toilet and pushed - whie keeping my legs as together as possible. The pillow that I had taken in with me for abdominal support worked great to bite down on. It actually didn't hurt too bad and I didn't even bleed.

I know that was way TMI but I know that there are others feeling the way I do.
