6 weeks post op and scared to have sex

The past week and a half I have finally stopped spotting after 4 weeks worth. I just dont want to have sex and then possible knotch something loose. But I am dying to be intimate with my hubby again. Any thoughts??

Is there a rush? If you've only stopped spotting in the past week and a half, personally speaking, I'd hold off a couple of more weeks. My motto is "better safe than sorry"...

I was actually spotting up to the day of my 6 week post-op check. The dr. said everything was fine, spotting was normal and to expect to see it after sex too, and I did. I think it's totally normal to feel hesitant the first time. My best advice is to have a good lubricant on hand. I think you'll find it's wonderful to see that everything is still working properly
