dVH/RALH Any others 2 weeks post op DvH - uterus only?

Just wondering if there are any sisters out there who are also two weeks post-op from a DvH, uterus only (kept ovaries, no bladder sling, kept cervix).

If so, how is your recovering going? I'm doing fairly well - no pain meds except an occasional Tylenol PM to help sleep. I have some twinges of pain and very mild cramps, no spotting at all. Not doing a lot around the house except for some cooking, dishwasher, folding clothes.

Me! Same surgery 3/22. I'm doing okay. I find I have this weird heavy feeling down there after standing too long. I'm chasing three kids all day long and it's a bit much. I asked dh to come home early today... Otherwise I feel really darn good!

Oh and it still hurts to push things like the vacuum or a shopping cart. Lifting doesn't cause the pain so I find that weird.

I had my cervix and uterus removed a lil over a week ago and the only pain I have is a a twinge and heavy feeling down there too when I stand too long...
