I went for my 6 wk. post op appt. this morning and was alittle nervous about an internal checkup. It did not hurt, what a relief. I was released back to normal activities. Now I can have sex which still scares me alittle. I am even tighter (if you know what I mean) so I guess my DH gets a benefit from all this, too. I am glad it is all over and I recovered well, except for a bacterial infection. I got meds for that and it is gone.

Congrats on your great progress
As for the "tightness", BTDT - you might consider having some "lube" available to ease the encounter Take it slow and easy and all will be fine.....
Have a great date night!

Hi Shelly, Congratulations on reaching your six week milestone. Take it easy working your way back into your old routine. Don't try to do everything at once. It takes a little time to get back to where you were. I hope everything goes smoothly for you.
's, Rita

Congrats, Precious! I am also at my 6-week post-op, but my Dr. cancelled the appointment due to the heavy snow we got. I'm so bummed! The nurse said I could go back to work, but I was looking forward to talking with him today.
I'm glad you're feeling great. I feel good too, but still experience extreme soreness, mostly on my right side. Are you experiencing any soreness or mild pain?
Good luck with your date night, btw!
