5 weeks post LAVH - pins and needles in leg

Hi all
Just over 5 weeks post LAVH and have had pins and needles all down left leg into foot. This flares up in the evening and usually pre-empted by throbbing pains in left side of tummy.
Anyone else suffering? I think may just be all nerve endings coming back to life?!
Have been on feet much more past few days as schools out for summer now so no more peace and quiet at home during the daytime, so hoping its just a case of having done too much so soon after having done not a lot!!

I have had this since day 2 of my davinci/laparoscopic total hysterectomy. My mom's (RN) hypothesis is bad placement of legs in stirrups. I have taken Aleve (sodium naproxen) daily, and this really seems to help. I take 2 in the evening and one in the morning. I take 200 mg. ibuprofen three times during the day. I mention these drugs because they have in common the benefit of anti-inflammatory properties, and because it's working somewhat, I think my mom's suspicion is probably accurate.
