Just when I thought I was feeling great....

So I've been back to work two weeks from my FMLA leave and yesterday I was terminated without cause! I feel like I've been kicked in the gut! I knew they weren't happy that I had to take a leave, but terminate me without any reason?

I'm trying to find a positive in all of this! Hopefully, I'll find one soon!

I believe that things happen for a reason. Hopefully you will find something else quickly that you like even better. Or this will give you the chance to explore a new direction.

How awful for you. Do you live in an at will state. Colorado, where I live, has that and you can be let go at any time without a reason because it is at the will of the employer that you work for them. I hope you can find a job, better and more pay, soon.

That was a sneaky trick. But if they are that way it was probably just a matter of time before you found out somehow. I hope they regret letting you go, and that you find a better job.

That's horrible . So sorry. But i too agree that things happen for a reason. There must be a better opportunity out there waiting for you !!
