Yes or no 16 days postop?
Not on the incision, but on the abdomen for a short period of time?

It truly is up to you sister and what is actually comfortable for you. I loved my heating pad it seemed to be the only thing that helped with swelling for me. For other sisters its a chill pack. Here's to keeping comfortable!!

I used the heating pad for about 3 or so weeks, then ice felt better. Use whatever makes you feel better. :-)
