vaginal spasms?

Does anyone else have a clenching in the middle. I'm in week 5 and it seems worse and more frequent than in the beginning. Is this common?

I would not say that is common at week 5, from what I've seen here. You might want to talk to your doc. about a referral to a pelvic floor physical therapist. I was having spasms and it gave me a lot of trouble during sex until I saw my pelvic floor therapist. She helped me so much.
