That's great to hear, Berg! You won't regret it it. I did a lot of research of commercially available drugs but they can be as additive as a narcotic! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers! Great big but gentle hugs to you!

Bergdorf - So sorry you are having such a hard time! Take a deep breath and try to relax. You will get through this and we will be here for you. We all have to take this one day at a time.

Try and get some rest tonight. I will be sending good thoughts and your way.

I love the sisters! Thanks! I had a decent night's sleep--not too drenched in the morning. Hoping this day is a better one. Wishing the best for all my hyster-sisters too!!

Re: I'm really getting "down" about healing

Sorry about all the other setbacks you are having.

You will get through it one step at a time, even though it seems more like one step forward and 2 back at times.

I have had the hot flushes and night sweats for years, hoping to eventually get to the menopause, and I am syill living in hope

I didn't want to take HRT and tried lots of alternative remedies.

I stopped all of those 2 weeks ago, as a test, and think I am having fewer and shorter flashes now.

I don't know whether any of them would suit you, a couple were natural estrogens.

Soya milk substitute, Menopace (menopause multi vitamins), black cohosh and Evening Primrose.

If you can just stop one thing, or reduce it, the rest doesn't seem as bad
