Adenomyosis discomfort

Hello Ladies: I have a question, mind you I am not looking for medical advice. I am scheduled to have my hysterectomy on August 20th BUT until then I am dealing with this strange sensation: it feels as though my insides are going to fall out Mind you I know they are not, it has been explained to me that this is from my Adenomyosis. I was wondering what you have done or could suggest to alleviate this feeling until my procedure.

I didn't have adenomyosis.... Just dropping by to bump you to the top so someone else can help. Hope you get some help!

I had adeno and endo. I know the feeling you're talking about. It is disconcerting at best. The only thing that seemed to help me was lying down with my heating pad. I wish I knew a trick to make it go away, I would have used it. in there. It won't actually fall out from adeno.

I'm glad you posted this as I have the same feelings from adeno and I am having my surgery on Aug 21st. I'm so ready to get this over with as I'm sure you are too

I also had that. I wasnt diagnosed until after my hyst. My guts never fell out lol but I never did find anything to relieve it. Good luck. :-)
