how would I know if I have an incision hernia?

this thought popped into my head today, if it was possible to have an incision hernia,??

I've been suffering with this burn like fire on the right side of my incision, since day 6
when I had a very large cough, instant pain, and then bright red blood throughout the afternoon, which subsided,
the bleeding is now, slight spotting only, and more tan/light brown color.,

now it's day 12 and this burning, just won't go away, unless I am completely laying on my back.,

it burns when i sit, stand, walk , lay on either side,

it burns like the devil, if I cough, sneeze, like a stabbing fire pain, that instantly brings tears to my eyes.

I have asthma, and have small coughs , due to my lungs constantly clearing itself... which again makes me press on the right side with both hands, to compress it, which helps.

I noticed today, while walking around the living room, if I use both hands and put pressure on the spot that is burning, it burns less...,

I had my daughter look tonight again to see if it was red along the incision, and she said a little bit , but not much difference, between the right side and the left side., color wise, no pus, no smell, which would indicate infection,

i've previously had infections along the incision site, with prior surgeries, and though tender, to touch, never BURNING like this alllllll the time.

it's on the very outer edge of the incision, about 2 finger width above the incision,

while the rest of my belly is tender, and very swollen and bruised, this fire burning sensation is making me mental...and suffering, and cranky.

thanks for letting me post ......and all the helpful advice!
