Vitamins, supplements to support healing

Hi Post Op Sisters!

I'm 11 days out and things are going pretty well.

I am taking Ester-C (a vitamin c supplement) for healing. Soon I plan to put Vitamin E from the capsules on my incision.

I'm wondering what everyone else is doing that they have found effective and helpful for healing and recovery in the Vitamin -supplement - nutrition department.

I really like the Ester C.
