Coughing: Pillows anything else?

Not only did I wear myself out yesterday but turns out I was around my cousin who ended up in the ER with pneumonia and my mom who ended up in the ER with bronchitis (so bad she couldn't breathe). So of course with my weakened immune system I'm already getting sick.

Does anybody know any other ways to protect the belly while coughing? The pillow is helping some but it's still pretty painful!

If laying down, bring your knees up to your stomach, if sitting bend down at your waist, if standing do a combination of bending at the waist while bringing up one knee.

I think these moves " contain" the muscles in your lower abdomen so they don't have to work to keep the rest of you balanced....

I still do theses moves when I sneeze even tho I'm almost at 9 weeks. Partly for "just in case" partly because it has now become a habit.
