New/ My story and ??'s about after / any info would help

I'll try to give the short version... had a lap 2 yrs.ago. had lft. ovary,tube and appendix out? diagnossed w/ severe endo/and on colon, probably everywhere!
had lupron shots 6 mo. off 3 and got pregnant! I'm 38. had baby 3 1/2 mo. ago by ER c-section/placenta tore. had a full AB ultra sound and found a 3.5x3.5x3.5 mass on rt. ovary... also ended up w/ duodinal ulcers and gall stones. The OB/GYN wants to do a lap - i need to get the gallbladder OUT , I almost cant stand it much longer. He will more than likely do a hysterectomy and the surgeon will remove the G.B./ my ovary will need to come out - so i dont want to be left w/ the uterus B/C of the endo.
when I was on lupron - sex was almost unbarable... will it be that bad again? and for how long?? what have some of u experienceed? w/ that?
I am sooo scared to go under again... the c-section was okj but I could NOT breath for a while after i woke up... scarry and dont want that to happen again, any suggestions other thatn telling doc and anistisiologist? (sp?) thanks girls, for any help!!!

Wow, you sure have been through a great deal already! I'm so sorry you are facing all of this!

Unfortunately there are no real guarantees or definite answers about how your body will react. Some gals have terrific results and others continue to struggle. I hope you are one of those whose experience is smooth and whose surgery proves to be the definitive solution.

I don't blame you one bit about being scared to go under again; I think I would be too. I'm glad you'll be talking to your OP staff about this so they can take every precaution.
