I'm having the same problem sleeping. It's only been a few days since my surgery. I still have my ovaries too. I'm kinda thinking with me it's the pain meds. I get tired enough to fall asleep but I have just enough of the jitters to keep me from staying in a relaxed sleep. Hoping it will be less of an issue as I heal and need less medication for the pain...
