3.5 weeks post op and very achy...weird dreams. Is this normal?

I am 3.5 weeks post op LSH. I thought I was improving but the past few days I've had the achy/crampy feeling back in my lower abdomen. It's really bad at night when I go to bed, to the point I'm waking up every 1-2 hrs feeling it. It just feels like PMS cramps and also some light lower back pain off and on all day. Also, I've been having dreams of being pregnant and being in labor. I wondered if this was due the the cramps I'm feeling while I'm sleeping? I am just tired and frustrated with this. I'm trying to rest as much as I can. I am not lifting and not doing much at all, my house looks like a wreck lol. Anyone else at this point and still having aches or cramps?

Do you still have your ovaries? Could it be your body having pms symptoms? Praying that you get some beauty sleep!

Thank you for your replies ladies! Yes, I kept both ovaries. Honestly, I've been feeling like I am PMS'ing since about week 2. I've had all the symptoms, so maybe my hormones are still crazy. I love the Oreo story..lol. Thanks so much, I'm tired and frustrated and with my husband being gone all week...doing it alone is hard work

I get that every month... PMS for sure for me.
Remember if you are not sure talk to your doc about it..
In fact the other day I was a... well .... lets just say "a not nice person"...
My daughter and I have cycled with in a week of each other.. It was not until she told me she got her cycle that I figured out why i was so nasty... PMS... UG!
My hubby does not understand it too much because I do not have a cycle right after but it is PMS!
