Yes Its been a year and I gained over 80 lbs. HRT's will do that to some people. I'm going off them and I can hardly wait for the weight to follow

stayed the same.... which was a huge disappointment because I had hoped to drop 10 lbs... especially after two 5 day stays in the hospital on IV and no food I thought for sure I'd lose ! :-(

I am in PT now so am hoping to start shaping up... back on weight watchers too... have to get used to this points plus system... i was used to the old one :-\
