cervical freezing after LSH ???

Hi Ladies,

I had my freezing done yesterday. It was a lot less painful than I expected. I had a lot of people tell me that I would need a day to rest, etc. And I didn't. I was crampy, but took ibuprofen and it mostly helped. Today I feel fine. I am leaking, sorry, the only way to describe it. Very water, a little yellow/brown. Yesterday was still a lot of blood, but not today. Maybe that's a good sign! I'm still nervous that it could be a mini-period and just ending (not necessarily because of the freezing) Or that we just shocked it enough to stop it temporarily. I'm sure I'm just being paranoid. But, my dr. said if this doesn't work, we will know in a couple weeks and for sure by the end of the month. We have scheduled an OR just in case we need it to remove the cervix. Better to cancel if needed, than wait and prolong this any longer. Plus, I have a health savings account and since my hyst. we've met our deductible. So, if I have to have more surgery, this is the year to do it since it would be covered and not out of my pocket again! My dr. and I were joking around that this is my "year of the deductible", like the Chinese calendar has the year of the ox, etc. Ha ha! Anyways, we have the OR for Nov. 17th if needed. But, wanted to update you all. Thanks again for your insights and encouragement. I love this site!

I hope it works so you don't have to have another surgery.

I had a LSH last week but lost my ovaries so hopefully I won't have to deal with mini-periods. I am on HRT so I know the risk is there but hopefully not as great.

Please let us know how it goes.
