4 months post op-perinium tearing?
I'm 4 months TLH and also removal of one ovary. I have had an issue lately and it's making me climb the walls. My perinium, I think that's what it's called, the area between your vagina & rectum, keeps tearing. Sometimes it's just as simple of climbing up into my vehicle and sliding over in the seat that does it. And sometimes, no reason at all. I was itching so bad last week I decided that maybe it was a yeast infection. I did a 3 day treatment and things felt better during that time, but now that the treatment is done, it's back.
SOOOOOOO...is this a dryness down below issue and I'm treating it all wrong? I know ya'll are going to tell me to see the doc, but I don't have the money for a co-pay right now. I just need relief and maybe reassurance that I've not gone crazy. LOL

I would see the doctor for the problem. If it is dryness he can prescribe a cream that will help or if it is something else he can get you the right medication.

Call your doc & ask to speak to his or her nurse...might have to leave a message...tell them you don't have the money right now to come in & explain your problem...if something needs prescribed they can probably call it in for you. If I understand & your problem is on the outside surface...you might just try some Neosporin w/ pain relief.
