i'm 4 wks post op with 2 wks to go and i'm hoping to work on photo albums with the time i have left...i've been walking more...sleeping less during the day, more at nite and trying to build up my stamina so that i'm ready to go back to work in 2 wks...still sore and not bending or reaching for too much...but otherwise good...reading, watching less tv and wanting to get out more even tho it's cold and there's lots of snow...

Honestly? I think I am insane or something but at 5 days post op from TAH I did five loads of laundry, cleaned my house mopped my kitchen and have been driving since. All my orders were not to lift over 20 pounds. Anyone else out there like me?

Fold some laundry. towels and jeans are too much
cook some meals.....as long as someone else gets out the pots and pans for me
load and unload some things from top rack of dishwasher
