4 days Post hysterectomy - emotional roller coaster

Hi everyone, I had my abdominal hyster on 2/18. These last three days have been an emotional roller coaster for me. I've gone from feeling really alone to being mad at people to just crying for no reason. I don't understand any of it. I have a really good support team of friends and family. However, I can control this roller coaster nor do I understand it. Today has been a better day emotionally. I need ways to cope any suggestions..

I would suggest you join the recovery report for ladies who had the surgery the same day as you, you will feel less alone on your daily journey and also understand that many feel the same way as you do...
