Exercise bringing on swelly belly???

I'm 9 weeks post op. last week I was cleared to swim. I swam a few laps and then a few hours later, major swelly belly. Today I resumed a gentle yoga practice and BAMMO swelly belly. I hate that d*mn thing. Anybody else this far into recovery experiencing swelly belly after exercising??? I've just been cleared for sex as of this Friday. We had to wait 10 weeks. I sure don't want to be rocking a swelly belly on Friday.

I still get some swelly belly after exercise and I'm at 4 months. I still exercise tho. We'll all get to where we need to be we jyst have to be patient. Something that I'm working really hard on
Trust me After 10 weeks the last thing that you will be thinking of on Friday is swelly belly LOL

Took many many months for exercise not to bring on the swelly belly for me! But thankfully did finally stop!

I'm 9 weeks post OP and still get it too. I am trying to use my elliptical a few times each week. Still building up to pre surgery workout. I noticed that I also get it after a long day at work. I guess we just have to plow through and know that it will get better! Thanks for sharing because it is nice to know I am not alone
