Pain at 4 weeks worse than anytime before

Hi, all,

I wonder if anyone has experienced this- I've been SO thrilled with my recovery to date, but this week, I 've had a lot of abdominal pain, and am back on the tylenol/ibuprofen.
I've been walking every day, and am up to 2-3 km/day, but for two days this week, I was going over some icy patches, being VERY careful- is it possible that I was so tense that I've stressed the muscles?
I'm really disappointed that this has happened, and wonder long it will take to go away- I've done nothing but lay around for the last couple of days, using a heating pad, and it doesn't seem to be helping. Any advice? And is heat a bad idea on a sore swelly belly?

Pain at 4 weeks worse than anytime before

I had a really rough time in weeks 4 and 5 and thought that I was never going to get better :-(

But here I am at 6 months so pleased with the new improved me!

I think that as we start to heal and get more active we get more aches and pains. Its just part of the healing process unfortunately.
