Increased Sex Drive 4 Years Post Hysterectomy

Necee, I'd say its not too early to feel it. I am already missing it! But we have to hold back for several more weeks!
I was at dr today and he was explaining the need to go slow with v cuff. I told him, "don't worry, I'm not doing anything to jeopardize it's future!"

I'm just 5 days post op and am already ready to go. But I know I obviously can't yet

I got you ladies beat. Mine skyrocketed around 4 DAYS post op. Man I was having some amazing dreams and orgasms were waking me up. I was scared they would hurt something internally while I was healing but everything healed fine. I had my first "wet dream" with orgasm at day 4. Not even kidding.

No way!! I am 2 weeks post op ovaries taken no HRT and i cant wait to! I actually thought the same way but my urge for sex is stronger then before.

It's not too soon to *have* the feelings. It is, alas, too soon to *do* anything about the feelings. I'd suggest waiting for at least four weeks before attempting outercourse - either alone or with a partner - and getting cleared by your doctor before any kind of intercourse.

So glad I found this post/thread. My hysterectomy as 2.5/years ago...and my drive is like.. Wow! Teenage life wasn't this great. I was afraid that without ovaries this would never be possible and didn't like what other websites implied if I had high levels of testosterone. Ladies, thanks for letting me know I'm normal.
