3 Months Post Hysterectomy Surgery Pain

Please help!!! I am 33 years old and had my hysterectomy 3 months ago, it was my third surgery in two years. This time they took everything out but my right ovary to keep me from going into menopause. My left ovary was already gone due to severe endometriosis, and this time they took my uterus, cervix, tubes, and more endometriosis scar tissue. They also found I had anemyosis in my uterus which was a large reason I was always in so much pain. The recovery process has been really difficult for me, I have been very depressed, so tired, terrible anxiety and just haven't been myself since. The problem I am having now is I am still having a "cycle" and ovulating because I still have the right ovary and am in SO much pain the last three days! I feel like did right after surgery, like I am being stabbed straight through my stomach. My dr assured me that it will take a few months for everything to really heal and settle down. I am feeling very frustrated and worried the surgery didn't work does anyone have any experience with this? Do I need to just give it time or should I be concerned?

Re: 3 Months Post Surgery Pain

I would say definitely try and see your doctor or your general doctor or seek a second opinion.
If your in pain, always go see a doctor, even if its just for peace of mind.
Always good to get checked out and make sure theres no infection or anything.
I hope you get better answers soon and keep us posted
