3 weeks post hysterectomy: No bleeding... ?

I'm not complaining here...but has anyone else had no bleeding? I had just barely pinkish bleeding on day 1 and then nothing. I'm at 3 weeks post op tomorrow.

No bleeding is perfectly normal, many of us don't experience any besides sporting up to day 3.
Also keep in mind that some experience discharge later when stitches are dissolving.

Same here, had some minor spotting day 1 (TLH), then nothing. Although I am only 5 days post-op. My surgeon said some people don't have any bleeding at all, so I guess we're the lucky ones!

Same same. Just a tiny wee bit the day after and since then, nothing. Some light, brownish discharge for about a week after, then onto some clear discharge and now pretty normal. I'm almost 4 weeks out. Suspect we're the lucky ones!

I am 4 days post op and have only had a slight smear. Nothing else exciting.
