Home and recovering

Hello. Thank you for the warm blessings, greeting cards and recommendations.

Surgery went well on Friday and I came home yesterday morning. Amazing how exhausted I feel but have been moving around pretty good. Most stressful thing was the phone ringing so I ask my husband to turn it off. I set a visitor time and stuck with it.

I am so grateful for this Board and all the information provided. I don't feel so alone. I am trying not to do too much and even folded a load of my laundry yesterday.

I'm planning to go back to work on March 3rd part-time and back to school on Friday February 27th.

I'm glad your surgery is over and you're back home recovering. It's normal to feel exhausted. Listen to your body and get the rest you need so you can heal well.

Glad you're doing well. Make sure you take care of yourself and don't push yourself to hard. I'm 10 days post-op and some days it's really hard to not do things because I feel so good. Do something I shouldn't and my body sure lets me know. Take care.
