Rough Nite with no sleep

I am awake still.
I have been finding that every day my bloating and pain is getting worse, So I have been dealing with it.
But last night pushed me over the top.
I was trying to fall asleep but the pressure was getting so bad that my stomache was rock hard and I felt massive pressure on my rib cage and diaphram, and I also found pressure at my vagina. I have never felt anything like it before.
But it got so bad, I actually started crying, and I took lots of diludid and it didn't even touch it. I woke hubby up at 3am because I was sobbing from so much pain.
Have any of you felt this pressure?

I think with all that pressure and pain, I would give my dr a call and ask for advice. Not sleeping at all is not good

I just called her office and she is not in today.
And of course my gyn's office isn't taking calls either
I got from the receptionist to go to my nearest walk in. I am afraid to go because I dont want them keeping me as this hospital is not where I am having my surgery, That hospital is over an hour away. Plus I dont like or trust this hospital where I live. I am so confused
If I decide to go I got to call hubby home from work and make childcare arrangments. Arrrg frustrated
I cant wait till I dont have to deal with this anymore, It is starting to get the better of me.
